The rooms have new furniture and are kept up well, and the hotel is clean. Still, the internet was awful, and the shower needs cleaning because water gets everywhere. The minibar items are overpriced. During a big storm one night, the hotel was without electricity for a long time. I expected it to have a generator. For what it offers and where it is, the price is too high.

There are several room options, and the rooms feel up to date. Wi-Fi and basic room service are available. It’s a good hotel, and you may be able to negotiate the price.

They charged my card for two rooms I booked through Despegar, but when we arrived at night, the hotel said payment was missing and refused to let us in. We had to find another place to stay that night, in an area that felt dangerous. In short, they took the payment but didn’t provide the service.
