Hotel Santa Terezinha

The location is great, and the room was spacious and airy. The bathroom was awful, with cockroaches on the walls. The only good part was the shower, which had strong pressure and hot water. There were hardly any staff around. You could count them on your fingers, and the security guard was also covering reception. I never saw anyone at reception during my two-day stay. Breakfast was basic. For the 400 I paid per night, it was the bare minimum, and there wasn't even any bread. They said the bakery hadn't opened. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I'm glad I didn't bring my daughter. There was so much dust on the room floor that I only noticed after taking off my shoes and walking around. When I took off my sock, the bottom of my foot was orange with dust.

The breakfast was great, the facilities were good, and the price was reasonable. It was my first time there, and the hotel itself is airy and smells nice. But the empty minibar really bothered me. At night there wasn't even water to drink, and the gas station attendants also thought it was strange that the minibar was empty. There was only one staff member, so it felt like a ghost hotel, with nobody at reception. I went to the dining area, but the fridge was locked with a padlock, even though there were cameras. I was surprised and called the staff member. She said, without much of a filter, that was how things were, since she couldn't access the cameras. If I needed anything and couldn't find her, I was supposed to ask the gas station attendant for help. Thanks for your attention.

The room has two balconies with a really nice view, and breakfast was basic. I'm not very demanding, but the TV and internet, which should be standard, weren't working that day. They said maintenance had been requested, so I'd check that everything is working before staying. There wasn't a staff member around during my stay. They gave me a key to the entrance so I could come and go whenever I wanted.

I stayed during the week. The hotel was clean, but the room smelled like a septic tank. I think the toilet was missing grout. Breakfast had very few options. The air conditioning worked, but it wouldn't cool the room even when set to 18 degrees. The price was 200 reais.
