The reception area is right across from my room, and the TV and phone videos were often played loudly. Sometimes the people there would sing or whistle too. I don't think that's appropriate behavior for hotel reception staff, especially with rooms so close by. I don't think I need to post a video. You just need to advise the people working at reception.

The room had a lot of mold, and breakfast was late. There weren't any towels in the room, and the receptionist said housekeeping had made a mistake but that they couldn't bring towels up. A really poor hotel, not worth it.

The room was filthy, with mold and mildew everywhere, dead cockroaches, dirt on the floor, dirty sheets, and a lot of general grime. The shower was cold and the sink tap was broken. On top of that, the night receptionist was in a bad mood. Horrible, awful, and not worth the money.

One of the male staff members was really arrogant. It seemed like he hadn't been trained as a receptionist.
