The food was a welcome change from the traditional feijoadas, which can be pretty heavy. Everything we ate was fresh and tasty, and the staff were really friendly. We only went for meals, but the short walk each day was well worth it.

The mexidao was tasty, and the food was great for the price. They don't serve alcohol, though you can bring your own beer if you like.

Dinner has a varied menu and costs extra. Breakfast is included and really good, and the hosts are friendly. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the location is great.
