Terra Booma

I went to Terra Booma for a special retreat to learn about Indigenous culture, and the care and love in every detail really stood out. The place feels one of a kind, with a raw quality but still plenty of comfort. I loved how beautiful it was in its simplicity, and the wild yet well cared for nature helped me connect deeply with myself. The food was amazing, honestly the best vegan food I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back with more friends.

The Yawanawa family’s healing ceremonies left me feeling blessed, and I fell in love with Terra Booma and the land. Surrounded by beautiful birds, butterflies, mountains and waterfalls, it felt like a magical, inspiring place. The family running this plant medicine retreat center is deeply knowledgeable and respectful of the Indigenous ceremonies, and their agroforestry practice honors the earth’s abundance. The food and staff were second to none, and every moment was scheduled smoothly and in harmony with the ceremonies. It was the best time of my life. I can’t wait to return.

It feels like heaven on earth 🐝 The hospitality is great, the food is fresh and healthy, and the stays are clean and functional. The setting is ecological, surrounded by amazing nature and friendly people. The retreat has its own atmosphere, and time and days seem to disappear. We loved it and will surely come back.
