Amazing staff, and I really want to go back. The hotel has lovely architecture and design, plus a beautiful little pool upstairs. The bar and cocktails were great, and the food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner.

I loved it! The coffee was wonderful, the room was super comfortable, and the team was very attentive and well prepared. The hotel is well equipped and has beautiful architecture. Of the places I've been, this is definitely the BEST in Icaraizinho.

Our honeymoon at Makena was SENSATIONAL, no complaints at all! Breakfast was what I looked forward to most. It started with a delicious "immunity shot" and cut fruit, then there were some options at the counter as well as a whole à la carte menu. Everything sounded so good it was hard to choose. My favorite was the egg burger, listed as a "summer special". Please consider keeping it on the regular menu! The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious and functional, and I loved the makeup mirror. The pool by the room felt nicely secluded. The staff were impeccable. Sometimes the housekeepers tidied our room more than once a day and always left little treats. We also had a wonderful relaxing massage. We loved absolutely everything and can't wait to return. Thank you so much! Just one suggestion: more vegan choices at dinner. The vegan breakfast options were amazing.
