There was only one towel per guest, which felt far too few for such a hot place by the sea, where you might shower two or three times a day. Staff didn't offer extra towels or daily sheet changes, which would have been welcome in that climate. When my colleague and I came to breakfast shortly before it closed at 9:30, the staff rather discourteously reminded us to arrive on time the next day because they weren't working past 9:30 to serve breakfast. Of course there are rules, but the comment and tone felt offensive, as if we weren't really welcome. At 11 on our last day, we were told for the first time that checkout was at noon. We were out on an excursion and didn't get back until 2 p.m., so they charged us for the extra hours. Again, the tone was discourteous and made us feel unwelcome. They showed no flexibility, even though no guest was checking in that day. Also, no one works at the hotel after 1 p.m. If something goes wrong, you have to message someone on a mobile phone and wait for them. On our first night the internet stopped working, and I had to reboot the router and fix it myself. I'd avoid this hotel if you want to feel welcome as a guest.
