The food was really good, though I wish there had been a bit more variety, and the caipirinhas were excellent. It’s a quiet, small, cozy place with a great beach, nice rooms, and excellent service from the hotel staff, especially Joel and Edilson. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I have no complaints. The facilities are beautiful, too. It was the best vacation I’ve ever had, and I’ll certainly be back.

The beach at the back is calm, with crystal-clear water that’s great for swimming. The whole place feels like a little paradise, and we left wishing we could stay longer. We’ll definitely return. We were surprised by how welcoming Secret Place was in Angra dos Reis, and it felt remarkably peaceful for a big city. The garden is something special: pure water runs down from the mountain across the grounds, along the houses, creating its own lovely microclimate. Everything was spotless, with excellent mattresses and first-rate bed linens, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The staff were so kind and ready to help with anything we needed.

We’ve stayed here for three years now and have tried all the vacation houses. This is our favorite place in Angra dos Reis, and we haven’t found anywhere better. It’s beautiful, with genuinely good people. Atercia, Joel, and Edilson are lovely, attentive, and always ready to help. On our last visit, we even brought a kitten home from there!
