A really bad experience. We stopped here for breakfast during a trip, and the place was empty when we arrived. The grilled breads came without butter and seemed to be made with stale bread. The tapioca took over 30 minutes. The owner kept telling us it was coming, but nothing arrived; when we checked, it wasn't ready at all. When we finally saw it being made, it was cold and handled without basic hygiene. The owner used the same hand to prepare the food, give change, and work the cash register, without washing it. We were in a hurry, so we paid, but after seeing how it was prepared, we chose not to eat it. He refused to refund us or offer another solution. The service was awful, the attitude felt dishonest, and there were flies around. We don't recommend it. The health authorities should inspect the place.

The owner is a nice guy, but that doesn't excuse how poorly the pousada is looked after. It was dirty and disorganized, and the rooms were really bad. The photos don't match the actual place. It needs a lot of improvement, better organization, and cleaning.

There's no rating low enough for this place. It's awful and horrible, just a disorganized mess. Netinho, the owner, is a very pleasant person. Please get the place in better shape!

The floor was sticky with dirt, there was gum stuck to the bathroom mat, and there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom. The beds had awful, really cheap mattresses, and getting to the room meant climbing four flights of stairs that felt endless. There was no key for the room. The owner opened the door and started asking questions without knocking or calling first, and at another point a different guest opened it suddenly while looking for someone else. Breakfast was awful too: the ham barely seemed like ham, and there was something unidentified on the breakfast table. It was basically bread with very poor-quality margarine and, if you were lucky, a boxed juice.
