The views are excellent, the pools are nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I left my bag behind by accident, and one staff member, whose name I didn’t get, did a great job helping me get it back. A really nice place.

It’s a wonderful base for seeing the area, from the mountains and Atlantic rain forest to all the waterfalls. The hotel itself is brilliant, with beautiful sea views, a heated pool and a fantastic breakfast. A bit of a hidden gem. 10/10.
