Hotelog

Top hotel.

Great.

The biggest plus is the convenience of having a complete gas station attached, along with a 24-hour restaurant and a well-stocked convenience store with good gift options. The hotel is easy to reach, whether you're traveling from the south to SP or from SP southward. Its setup is practical, with a gym that has a few pieces of equipment and a laundry. The room and hotel facilities were impeccably clean. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this one has the best value for money. Highly recommend it.

We ended up staying at the hotel after a car accident near there at 9 pm on October 8. It had been raining, and it was very cold. Arteris quickly helped us by taking the car to the station where the hotel is. Since the car couldn’t move, we had to stay overnight. The experience was NOT good. The shower in the room we were given had no hot water because a part in the boiler had broken, and there was no electric shower option. We were exhausted after the accident and couldn’t even bathe before going to bed. Reception said they’d fix it, but nothing happened. It was freezing, and we still had no hot shower to help us rest. They charged us for the night without even offering a glass of water, despite my wife telling reception about the accident. We were only there to sleep, and they didn’t even help with breakfast. We also had our sick little dog with us, wearing a diaper and needing only to lie down. They charged R$ 128,00 for her to stay, even though she was diapered and there was no real risk of pee or poop. There was no empathy or humanity, and no effort to help at all. I do NOT recommend this place.
