Really, really great.

The town center has such an old-time feel, almost like a period show, and the city is tidy and well kept. It’s worth coming to see it, whether you’re there to enjoy its history, take a few photos, or climb the hill’s steps up to the cross. At the top, there’s a beautiful view over town and a huge bench to sit on.

Antônio prado, up in the Serra Gaúcha, is a quiet place for anyone looking to relax. There’s a lovely spot for bringing the family, and the water-powered mill is a beautiful thing to see. Come and enjoy this wonderful place in the mountains.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel is new, spacious, and comfortable, with clean, fresh-smelling rooms and towels. The heated pool was especially nice when it was under 10°C outside, and the panoramic view over the city is great. It’s right next to the events center, offers good value, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The TV had cable and streaming, and the internet worked well for both relaxing and getting work done. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The chimichurri steak and carbonara were both fantastic and thoughtfully prepared. One thing that could be better is the information on the hotel’s web pages. It would help to make the services clearer for guests and other visitors. The hotel bar and restaurant could also be a good option for people from town. I’d also have liked more quick food choices for room service and the pool, like pizza or even coffee later at night, so guests don’t have to head into town when they just want something simple instead of a full meal. I’d definitely come back.
