I stayed there in August 2025. The location was excellent, the internet worked well, and the meals were tasty, with plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everyone was polite and patient, and the service was a 10. The hotel could use attention to some maintenance issues, though. My room’s TV had only a few channels, and the bathroom had a few loose floor tiles and patches of mold.

The location is great, the food is a strong point, and everyone was friendly and smiling. Lunch and dinner were delicious, and breakfast was good too, all with a 10 out of 10 for service. But the building needs a serious renovation. It reminded me of houses from the 70s and 80s. My TV only got TV Aparecida clearly; the other channels were just static. The bathroom walls were cracked and moldy, and the elevator floor was cracked and wobbly. The old glass bedroom windows were hard to close. They really need to improve the hygiene and the condition of the place.

I was there in January 2026 and had a great stay. The food was delicious, everyone was helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The basilica is close enough that you can get around on foot. I’d definitely stay here again.

The food was good, and the hotel is right beside the sanctuary. Still, there are several better options nearby. The place feels old, with dated rooms and noisy air conditioning, almost like a hospital turned into a hotel. Our window faced a wall with another air conditioner on it.

We had a great stay from start to finish. The staff were good throughout, and the room was clean, organized, and comfortable for two. Breakfast had a full selection, and we tried lunch as well. The location is also really convenient. Thank you ☺️
