The receptionist and restaurant staff were good, and the inn is near the Basílica. Getting there was a different story: we had to get out of the car and ask local residents, since even GPS couldn’t find the way and kept sending us around in circles. It took over half an hour to locate the place. The parking is far away, and there’s no accessibility, with several flights of stairs to reach the rooms. The room, bathroom, and restaurant all looked poorly cleaned. The bathroom sink had to stay plugged because it gave off a bad smell. It worked for us, but they should at least improve the cleaning.
