There are loads to do here, with many pools and courts for beach volleyball, futsal, society football, and other sports. They even have some nice food trucks at night. Maps calls it a hotel, but it's actually a residential condo for holiday stays. I thought the facilities were excellent, though I wasn't keen on the event hall. Visitors and renters also can't use the gym without paying R$80 a day, which I found pretty expensive. It's a wonderful place overall. I'll be back whenever I can.
