Blue Beach Apartments

We all loved our stay: me, my husband, our son, and another couple of friends. The apartment was roomy, and the kids made good use of the lovely pool. Silvana and the doorman, Francisco, greeted us at check-in and were both so kind and friendly. The condo was pleasant, close to Beach Park, and there were restaurants, a café, and supermarkets nearby. We’d happily come back and recommend it. 🙏

The apartment had a nice amount of space, though the cleaning was pretty poor. The building is a bit old. Its location is really handy for Beach Park, and you can even walk there.

The pool was spotless, and the outdoor area felt really cozy. Everything inside was organized and smelled clean, and the place felt safe. It’s near a quiet, beautiful beach and close to Beach Park. Sr Francisco was attentive when he welcomed us and was always available to help. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’m already planning to return. Thanks for everything!

Getting to Beach Park on foot was easy, and the location could have made for a wonderful stay, but the place badly needs care. We stayed in apto 104 dos and were completely disappointed. The photos didn’t match what we found: it looked almost abandoned and was dirty. The pillows were poor, the sheets were stained with marks that might have been blood or rust, and the worn beds had springs that made a lot of noise. The bathroom rugs were dirty and torn, and the showers had very little water pressure. The man who looks after the property had no tact when speaking to us. There was a lot of pool noise in the middle of the night, and a dog in one of the apartments kept barking. We were there with family and friends, 12 people in total, which is why several similar comments appeared around the same time. I wasn’t trying to hurt anyone or make up a false review, that’s not who I am. Please take the feedback as an effort to help improve the place, because it’s very neglected. I hope you’ll listen to the comments and make things better.
