The beach is the standout, and the pools are lovely too. The units vary, with some more updated than others. The water slides were closed during our stay, probably because it was low season.

We paid 630 reais for two nights, plus a 170-real condo management charge. For a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, that works out to 400 reais a night. The beach is right in front, with its own access gate, though there are no food or drink kiosks there. It's a family apartment complex, with some units listed on websites. There’s a gym, pool, hydro, food and drink bar, playroom, and a separate area for volleyball and soccer. Beach Park aquatic park is a 400m walk, but other necessities are farther away, so you may need a car. The surrounding area felt middle class or lower, with poor lighting, unpaved roads, and empty lots.
