Paraíso beach hotel

The pool bar cocktails were delicious, and the staff were so helpful throughout our wonderful stay at Paraiso Beach hotel. We were there for a nearby wedding after visiting Rio, and the place itself was beautiful. Friends staying at another nearby hotel came over to relax by the pool, and the staff were just as kind to them. Even with the heavy downpours on some evenings, we couldn't fault the hotel or its staff. It was a child-free couples trip, but I have a toddler and think she'd have a ball too. There's a cute children's area and a small pool.

Everything felt safe, clean, and well organized. The staff were nice too.

Those heated whirlpools made a real difference, especially on rainy days, and the pool was something else. The snacks served there were great too. Breakfast was incredible, the kind that gets you up looking forward to every little thing. Staying here really feels like an investment in your quality of life. Ricaelly, Laís, Mariana, the evening waiters, and director Thiago deserve a special mention. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcome.

I stayed in January/26. The rooms were very clean and the decor was lovely, but I wouldn't return. The location is awful, far from everything, and there are no elevators, so there's a lot of stairs to the rooms. We found sludge in the pool, ran out of soap on the last day, and breakfast didn't live up to the photos. I stayed five days, and the same items were served every day. The cakes were identical and tasteless, and refills took ages!
