Everyone on staff was friendly and very helpful, the one bright spot in our stay. The first room smelled damp, and the toilet door wouldn’t close, so we asked to move. The next room had visible black mold on the ceiling. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel. For that price, we expected better rooms. The shower and sink are inside the room, with only the toilet in a separate space, which the website photos don’t show. The hotel needs improvements or lower prices, since nearby places offer better rooms for less. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The hotel has a great pool, friendly staff, and a good location for the beach and things to do. It’s pet friendly, and we chose it for the reliable Wi-Fi. We had a big room on the 6th floor that worked for our wheelchair. But during my stay the internet kept dropping in both the room and the level 6 lobby, so I had to work downstairs. The fire alarm went off at 01 in the morning and then three times the next day. No one seemed to know why or how many more times it might happen, which made it hard to work peacefully. All in all, a very good place.

The room was clean and really comfortable, and the staff were helpful, polite, and nice. I knew what kind of hotel I’d booked, and the experience was great, cozy, and I plan to stay again. My only suggestion is to have a few rooms for smokers, maybe two or three, since there aren’t many smokers out there. It’s annoying to go downstairs every time you want a cigarette. Apart from that, it was super great.

It’s a cool, inexpensive place with a good location and parking, and fine for a short stay. It used to be better, though time seems to have worn it down. The towels were old, and both the sink and shower drains were partly blocked.
