I really don't like leaving a review like this, because I think the place has potential and just needs more care and attention. The reception and restaurant staff were polite and attentive. The evening restaurant attendant could use a little guidance on welcoming customers, but otherwise the service was good. Breakfast and the restaurant food were simple but delicious and carefully prepared, so I have no complaints about the food. The rooms, though, were a real problem. I've never stayed anywhere that was this difficult. There were so many cockroaches in the room, and when I came back, some were even on the bed. The bathroom had cockroaches and flies, and I killed the flies as soon as I arrived. There was damp coming through the wall and mold on it. The minibar didn't work, and I worried it might catch fire, so I unplugged it. The TV and channels were poor, and the warped window wouldn't close. I thought it might just be my room, but the other open rooms had the same issues. The location could be useful in an emergency or if you need to be there, but paying 300 reais for one night in a place like this isn't worth it. It's far too expensive for the conditions. Maybe at 150 reais at most, it could make sense in an emergency. Otherwise, look somewhere else.

I only stayed for half a day, in the afternoon, so I didn't have breakfast. Apart from that, I liked the inn. It's simple, clean, and well kept, with a spacious room that had a TV, minibar, and air conditioning. The staff were friendly. I'd recommend it.

The rooms were very good, with air conditioning, a minibar, and a shower with hot water. Breakfast was very good too. The place was clean and quite pleasant, and the service was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, especially if you need to get to the bus station, which is right across from the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory and was already available at 5:45 in the morning for guests with earlier departure times. Thanks for the welcoming service and helpfulness!
