Quality Hotel Aracaju

I was at Quality Hotel for a local event and only saw the auditorium. It’s a great room, with an excellent screen and audiovisual setup. Staff kept bringing guests more chairs, and water was free. My only issue was finding the event. The hotel has lots of rooms, but there was no sign pointing to it. There’s a totem that shows what’s happening at the hotel, but this event wasn’t listed there.

The rooms were quiet when requested, and the AC barely made a sound. Breakfast had a good range, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Paying a bit more felt worthwhile for a dependable hotel stay. In some cheaper places, the experience ends up costing you in other ways because it’s just not pleasant.

That was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I’d give it zero stars if I could. My girlfriend and I stayed here, and on the night of 26/03-2022 she was upset and crying. A man from reception came to our room and said EVERYBODY in the hotel was complaining about it. He even said he’d call the police if she didn’t stop. The walls must be very thin. We checked out the next day and spent the rest of our time in Aracaju at another hotel. Check-in was a mess too. Nobody could speak English, and they forgot to give us the dinner tickets. Then they called my room and told me to go to reception for them. Since it was their mistake, they shouldn’t have been so lazy about it and made me come down.

We had a good stay, and the breakfast was great. We arrived a few hours early, but they wouldn’t let us into our room before check-in time.
