The gym and pool are well maintained, and the rooms and breakfast have been great on each of our stays. We've been here a few times now and have always had a good experience. The staff are all fantastic and friendly. Many speak English, which helps since my Portuguese isn't the best.

I had the worst time in Brazil, truly my worst vacation ever, but vidam showed me that the whole trip didn't have to be bad. It was a wonderful experience. Great staff, 24/7 service, and basically everything you'd expect from a good hotel.

My kid and I had a great stay, and the Vidam team took such good care of us. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the rooftop pool has a nice view. Breakfast deserves a special mention too, with homemade food made fresh. A really good place to stay in Aracaju.

I’m definitely coming back! The breakfast had fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cakes, quiches, and plenty of local dishes. The service was fantastic too, and the staff were wonderful. Everything felt impeccable, easily the best hotel in Aracaju. Thanks so much!

The night staff were nice, and the hotel was decent, but it felt pricey and closer to three stars than five. The building is really outdated. Our key kept losing its magnetism near our phones, so we had to keep going to reception to get it reset. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and never had that happen. The breakfast and pool get a lot of attention, but the hot tub is only warm and the rooftop shuts early. Aracaju still has a long way to go as a beach destination in Brazil, and Vidam is the standout there.
