Everyone went out of their way to talk with us, even though we only speak English, and they were amazing. It was a wonderful stay, worth every cent, and the best place we’ve ever stayed.

The food was so good I hardly know what to say, with everything well prepared and plenty of variety. The pool area is another highlight, a lovely place to relax, and our room was comfortable, clean, and very well cared for. The stay was wonderful from beginning to end and went beyond what I expected. The team was attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made us feel special. I’ll definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Our room had everything we needed, with comfort, privacy, a poolside location, and a sea view. Its private pool was the highlight, and we made the most of it. The hotel pool was spacious and well cared for too. At the pool bar there were plenty of drinks and snacks, and I recommend trying the delicious house cocktails. We chose Poozedin for a Carnival break and were really impressed by the facilities and hospitality. Ismael, the night receptionist, welcomed us warmly, handled our quick check-in with care, and helped after we arrived tired. Since we woke up late, we were even able to have breakfast by the room’s pool at noon. Breakfast was generous and satisfying, and dinner had excellent, hearty options. We were there for Valentine’s Day and to celebrate the hotel’s second anniversary, and everything was impeccable. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service: manager Orlando, Willo, Samuel, Isaac, Daniel, Arthur, Henrique, the housekeepers, and the food team. Sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone. Your hospitality made all the difference. It felt worthy of a five-star hotel. I recommend everyone get to know this wonderful hotel in Canoa Quebrada. You were all fantastic!

The food was wonderful, and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. Everything was modern and working perfectly, and the cleaning service was great. You can tell they pay attention to every detail and take their service seriously. The professionalism and kindness of everyone working there made the stay feel unique. They really do everything well.
