Porto Canoa Apartamento

The flats aren’t modern, but if you’re after a beautiful view, a family-friendly atmosphere, and somewhere close to Canoa and Majorlandia, I definitely recommend it. It’s really worth it.

I only visited the deactivated section, and found it quite interesting.

I booked two nights in July 2022 at a good price. It was a little far from the center of Canoa, but seemed worth it. At the gate, though, my name wasn’t on the list, so I had to wait around half an hour to get in. The place is very old, with lots of ruins, like a ghost town. It might be good for photos, but the apartments are far from the sea, with a lot of overgrown vegetation along the way. The appliances were all rusty, the showers and TVs didn’t work, and the buildings had cracks. The rooms smelled strange and musty, and the place was badly maintained. The pools looked nice, but I didn’t go to them or even unpack. I found somewhere else in Canoa and left about an hour after arriving.

It’s a great spot for anyone who likes peace and quiet. I liked the place, and it was very calm and clean. The road is in pretty bad shape, though, and it gets very dark and deserted at night.
