The location really is excellent, but it doesn't make up for being treated so badly. The receptionist was rude and spoke badly about guests to people who were just arriving. The owner was just as ignorant, and shouldn't be working with the public. Everything there is old, from the bed onward, and the place needs to improve what it offers and how it treats people. Stay well away. I'm relieved I'll never have to go back. About the owner's reply: I never said I wasn't going to leave. I left before 9 a.m. And please catch up on the new rules about checkout times. If you really have 26 cameras like you say, you should pay attention to what you say. You don't know what good manners are, and your face says it all. Take care.

The room had a dirty, rotten-smelling refrigerator, a broken lock on the door that I had to keep shut with a chair, and an air conditioner that wouldn't respond to its remote. I had to switch it on and off at the outlet. The pools were dirty too. The service was awful. The night receptionist was sarcastic with guests, as far as I could see, and rude. The owner was terribly impolite and wouldn't even answer guests' good mornings. Don't stay here.

The room had mold, and the owner was extremely rude. We planned to stay for two days, but in the morning he told us the price was different. We had to rush out and find somewhere else to stay. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this place to friends. The service was awful.

It'd be good to check the rooms before guests arrive. There were so many mosquitoes. I know the plants all around make the inn beautiful and cozy, but some people are allergic to bites, like my son. We had to kill them, wave them away with the sheets, and use lots of repellent. That's all.
