Pousada Lua de Charme

Each suite has its own breakfast spot outside, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, and so was the beach just across the way. The place feels cozy and the service was great. The Suíte Santorini deserves a special mention, it was really lovely.

We loved the calm atmosphere, and the pousada faces the beach and some great beach huts. The decor was perfect, the welcome was lovely, and breakfast was impeccable. It's a wonderful place for a couples' trip or anyone hoping to properly unwind. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to canoa.

The location worked really well, just a few steps from the main beach huts and about a 15-minute walk from the town's main street. The grounds were pleasant and the pool was large, with a comfortable temperature even though it wasn't heated. I stayed in January in the l'amour room and loved the experience. It was spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a great-sized TV for watching a movie before bed. The one small drawback was the bathroom had no shower enclosure, but it wasn't a problem for me. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Camila welcomed us and offered to answer any questions, and the night security guard, Jefferson, was helpful too. The woman who made breakfast and tidied the room was lovely, though sadly I can't remember her name. She made delicious juices and tapiocas every day and always had a smile.

We'd gotten a good impression from Booking, but the bed was really uncomfortable, and the room was underneath a water tank. The fan didn't work, and breakfast had no choices.
