Mr. Mateus, if you’re dealing with a personal problem, don’t take it out on the people who pay your salary, okay? If you wanted us to leave before the agreed time, you should have come and asked us. You’re unprofessional and shouldn’t be managing the pousada, because you don’t know how to deal with people. A real shame, Mr. Mateus.

We were there this weekend with a group of 12. The stay itself was good, but manager Mateus doesn’t know how to deal with people. On Sunday he embarrassed us. I think he may have had a personal problem, and from the way he treated us, it seemed he wanted us to leave well before the agreed time. A real shame, Mr. Mateus.

A horrible experience, I don’t recommend it. We came as a family, and the manager was very rude and disrespectful just because we were playing in the pool. I had several people to recommend this place to, but now we’ll go with the competition.

Great location, very complete chalets, and everything was clean and organized. The facilities are in very good shape, new and well maintained. Mateus gave us a warm welcome. The place is pet-friendly, which matters a lot to me because I have an inseparable companion. The leisure area was really good, the pool was clean, the view was incredible, and everything was well cared for. It made us feel at home. I’ll definitely recommend it and come back to stay longer.
