Birigui Palace Hotel

The location is great, with everything close by, and the value for the price is excellent. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was simple but tasty. I missed having yogurt, and the main fruit options were bananas and apples. The attentive manager listened to my suggestion and said she’d ask the people in charge to add those items. The reception service was good, though I’d suggest being a bit more cordial during check-in. The receptionist talked a lot and got a little tangled in the information, which made things take longer. At checkout, a young man just took the key without even asking whether I’d charged anything to the room. One person said too much, the other didn’t ask anything. Please take this as constructive feedback. I’d still recommend the hotel and will be back next week.

I liked this hotel. The price was good, the rooms were new and very clean, and the service was really good. It also has a smart TV, which not many hotels in this category offer.

The hotel is clean, well located, and has a good breakfast. The team there is excellent, but I give the manager a zero. She was arrogant and rude and treated me like garbage.

Good value for money, with a renovated building and new flooring. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bed was in good shape, and breakfast was generous.
