The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was good, with fruit, cake, bread, juice, and eggs. The pool was lovely, and all the plants kept the place cool. Our room's air conditioning and mini-fridge both worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The closet was just so dark that we had to use a phone flashlight to see our clothes, but it wasn't a big deal. It's away from the center, though by car it's less than 10 minutes. I'd recommend it!

The inn itself is pleasant, and breakfast is simple but made with care. Still, it's a long way from everything, 23 km from Praia Seca and downtown Araruama. There aren't any paved roads, and all the mud was disappointing. That's not the inn's fault, but it does affect the stay.

The owners were very welcoming, and the location is really nice, with a lagoon that's great for swimming as well as beaches nearby. But there are several things the inn could improve. The stairs are dangerous and poorly maintained, which could make them hard for older people and children to use. Our room for four had just one air conditioner, so the couple was left hot. Breakfast was very basic, with few kinds of bread and cold cuts for the price. The sofas looked dirty, and the place generally needs painting and cleaning. The adult pool water was cloudy, and toilet paper was limited. Since the inn has been around for a few years, I think it needs some improvements.
