Cambraia Hotel Arcos

We paid almost 500 through Booking, while booking directly at the hotel would have been 300, which left us very disappointed. The parking spaces are extremely narrow, and you can see where cars have hit and scratched the walls on both sides. There was a lot of noise the whole time, despite the claim that the walls are soundproof. I could hear the man next door talking on the phone, including his daughter on the other end. The room had a city view listed, but there was no view at all, and it felt like we were facing a dump. The toilet paper was very poor quality, the TV channels didn’t work, and the shower water came out so forcefully it hurt. The worst part was the cleaner opening our door with her key and briefly coming in while my wife and I were lying down. It was only a little after 10 in the morning, I’d just got back from work, and we hadn’t checked out. We told her someone was in the room; she left without saying anything or apologizing. Breakfast is supposed to run until 9, but when I went at 8 there was almost nothing left, not even eggs.

The simple breakfast was very tasty. I chose the economy room and liked its size and the comfortable beds. I only missed having a minibar. The hotel felt very cozy.

The location makes it easy to get to the main parts of town, and having parking is convenient and reassuring. Everyone on staff was courteous, attentive, and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and generously served. At Hotel Cambraia, Arcos/MG, I found a pleasant, welcoming place that was well cared for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a guest’s needs, and the hotel seemed organized and thoughtful about the details. I recommend staying here with confidence. It offers comfort, good service, and good value.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times, and the service, facilities, rooms, and breakfast were all good quality on every visit.
