The staff made the stay especially nice. Natalia took great care of the room, and Raquel was wonderful at breakfast. There’s coffee available through the day, and the full breakfast is excellent. The rooms have full-size beds and walk-in showers, and both pets and service animals are welcome. The clean pool is in a safe-feeling area. Pousada Tartaruga has 26 rooms and sits centrally between Rua das Pedras and Praia Tartaruga. The sandy beach there has warm, crystal-clear water and an excellent restaurant. Parking is free, though the lot only fits six cars, and there’s street parking too. A great stay for an affordable price.
