The nature around the inn is beautiful, and they keep all the greenery so well cared for that it really helps you unwind. We had such a good welcome from Mirta, who looked after us wonderfully and put up with us for two months. She's a gem. Fatiga 🐕 is always around too, lovely and cuddly, and she loves scrambled eggs. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. I haven't slept that well in ages. The place has great vibes, and I think the location is fantastic since you're right in the middle of everything and can head anywhere. Everyone at the inn was wonderful. I'd definitely return 💪🏼

We left that same night, in the middle of a storm, and had to find another inn because staying there was impossible. Even though we hadn't been there for half a day, they refused to refund us. Given the room and the way we were treated, that felt completely unfair. I'll be filing the appropriate complaints, and I'm sharing this so other travelers can take our experience into account. The room was infested with bugs, as the photos we took show, and the bed was broken, also documented in pictures. It was clearly not suitable for guests. Then the power went out overnight during a storm. Nobody came to explain what was happening, contacted us, or tried to help. The lack of communication and attention was astounding. When we asked them to deal with the bugs and the power outage, the staff were extremely unpleasant, as though helping us was a favor. They showed no interest in fixing anything or offering a solution.

The shower water was cold, and there wasn't always anyone at reception if we needed something. Towels were limited too. We paid for a stay that included breakfast, but when we got up, there was nothing left. They said they'd gotten mixed up. We didn't get breakfast, and they didn't offer a refund. I also lost an earring. I asked them to keep it if they found it, and they did find it and let me know, which I appreciated. But when I was finally able to go pick it up, they said they couldn't find it and blamed me for not coming sooner. I'm from Belo Horizonte, so I couldn't get there earlier. It was a bad experience.

There were ants all over the bed, coming from inside its structure, which was packed with dust underneath. We left in the middle of the night because nobody was at reception to sort it out. I later asked by phone to cancel, and they only refunded one night's stay. The parking area doesn't fit every room, so your car might have to stay on the street. Be careful, the cheap option can end up costing you.
