The photos on the site are completely different from the place in real life. The Pousada needs an overhaul and new management. There is no room service, cleaning is only done every 5 days, and no water bottles are available. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was impeccable, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I saw lots of bad reviews, but several didn't match my experience. The mattress was very hard, and the old air conditioner was noisy, so both could use improvement. I also found it inconvenient that towels aren't changed daily. It seems like a small expense, but it makes a big difference for guests.

I had almost $2,000 USD stolen while I was there. The place doesn't feel safe, and the security cameras don't work, something only the staff knows. They offered no answers or solutions. This was the worst experience of my life, and I wouldn't even ask them for a quote.
