Casa Yellow Búzios Hostel

Clean, welcoming, and friendly throughout. I'd absolutely recommend this hostel to my English friends.

Negro and his friend are gorgeous, super cuddly dogs 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺❤️. The staff, especially Juancho and Meli, were amazing, and the place has such a lovely energy. My first stay in a hostel turned out to be a one-of-a-kind experience that went well beyond what I expected. I left with wonderful memories, and I'm so grateful for them. The shared dorms were clean and really nice, and the facilities had everything we needed: a kitchen, utensils, and a refrigerator. The pool was amazing too. Christmas Eve was especially fun, with dinner, dancing, and a great atmosphere. It was the best Christmas and vacation I've ever had!

The location worked really well for us. It's close enough to walk to the center, in a very safe area, and the bus to all the beaches goes right past the door. The price was excellent for everything the hostel offers, and the grill and pool were great extras. The pool water was always crystal clear. We stayed at Gurú, and the place was beautiful, comfortable, and full of a special energy. Our room was spotless, and the facilities were lovely and carefully looked after. The reception staff and the owners, who are Argentinian, were attentive, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. You can tell they put a lot of care into the place. Highly recommended!

The avenue location is convenient, with the van passing right by, and there’s a pool and grill. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The cleanliness needs a lot of work: the shower curtain and tiles were moldy when we arrived, and the place didn’t feel as welcoming as other hostels.
