The place feels like home and is close to everything, with a fair price too. Ju and her husband are so helpful, polite, and pleasant. I really recommend it. Hasta breve!

The owners' family spends a lot of time in the shared areas, and the place is very close to the city center. They were friendly and helpful when explaining things, but the stay itself was a mess. The common spaces were filthy and cluttered, the kitchen was a disaster, and there were huge spiders everywhere. Our room had a strong smell of damp and cat urine. The shower didn't work properly, and the property is clearly unlicensed. I wouldn't recommend it.

I felt really unsafe going out at night because the street is a dark, empty hill, so I ended up stuck in a terrible room. The owner was quite rude to me, and I felt completely uncomfortable about the parking situation. There was no parking, not even on the street, so I had to leave my car across the way, blocking possible access to a house, even though the owner assured me it was fine. The facilities were disappointing too: the sheet and bedspread were stained, the hot water ran out while I was showering, and there wasn't a TV anywhere, either in the room or elsewhere. I felt cheated and foolish.

The location is handy, close to everything, and breakfast was simple but tasty. But the photos they show are outdated. My friend and I stayed in December, and the room and common area were both dirty and untidy, with a strong musty smell. I wouldn't recommend it.
