A really bad experience. We asked them to unclog the bathroom sink, but afterward it was leaking. When we got back at night, knowing there was no way to fix it then, we asked for a bucket to catch the water. The guy at reception said there wasn't a bucket at the inn we could use. I tried the bucket used for bottles in ice, but he called me rude and said that one couldn't be used. He was completely unprepared to deal with guests.
