We paid a deposit for a booking, then they charged us the balance and immediately said there were no rooms available. They were quick to take the money, though. When we asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else, they kept saying they had no rooms left. Instead, they put us in a tiny room with no air conditioning or fan. The toilets didn't work, and the smell was awful. The receptionist gave us the runaround throughout the stay. I even went to the bathroom and found a dog there. I could spend hours describing how bad the whole ordeal was. Don't stay here!

This felt like a complete scam. I don't think the place should even be called an inn. They wanted to put us in dirty rooms with no proper facilities and mold. We called the local police to help us get a refund for what we'd paid.

I had no water or internet, and they moved me between three different rooms. The rooms were disgusting, nobody took responsibility, and the social media ads were completely false. They wouldn't even give me a receipt. This was 100% illegal.

I booked the inn through Decolar, but when I arrived, a staff member said there was no reservation and that they didn't work with Decolar. I asked Decolar for a refund and was denied because the inn claimed I hadn't shown up. I had to file a complaint with Procon, and I'm still waiting for the process to move forward.
