The staff were friendly, kind and helpful, and breakfast had loads of options that were mostly good. The price was fair for a basic room, but ours only had a bed and fridge despite enough room for a small seating area or stools at the kitchen counter. We had a private patio with no table or chairs, so it wasn’t useful. It would also have helped to have hooks outside for drying wet beach things. The main annoyance was having to buy drinking water from the minibar, with no fresh water available, even though they offer free coffee in the lobby around the clock.

Pablo turned our vacation into a very positive experience, and I especially want to thank him for his goodwill, kindness and excellent service. We arrived at night after a long trip and weren’t happy with the room we were first given, so, tired as we were, we decided to wait until morning. Pablo was covering reception for someone who was away. He listened to us, showed us several room options and helped us choose one that fit our needs much better for a very reasonable extra price. He also patiently answered all our questions and suggested places to eat and things to do. His helpful, professional attention made a real difference to our stay. The only drawback for me was how far it is from the town center. Otherwise, it’s fantastic: peaceful, clean, close to the beach, and the room was lovely 💛. The service was excellent and very attentive. I’d come back a thousand times. Argentina/Laborde/Córdoba
