We loved our time there, all three of us. José Maria, who owns the accommodation, was so welcoming, attentive, and charismatic. The room was spacious and spotless, the beds were great, and the shower had both hot and cold water.

Conrad and the staff were really kind and attentive. We stayed five nights, and it was a great choice. The inn has a pool, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a very clean bathroom, with daily cleaning. It's also in a handy spot near a park, pharmacy, and bakery, and only a few minutes' walk from downtown Buzios for ATMs, restaurants, and more.

I wouldn't give this place a single star. The renter is in another country and leaves employees in charge. An hour before we were due to arrive, he messaged me to say the address shown on Booking.com was NOT THE ONE!!!! It's at least 10 blocks from the beach and downtown, even though we needed to be close because of walking problems. With only an hour's notice, we couldn't cancel for free and still have to pay for the accommodation. If he'd told me the location a month and a half earlier, I could have considered the situation and canceled in time. I've filed a complaint with Booking and hope they respond 🙏
