Great.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous. The bed was very comfortable, everything in the house worked, and there were several closets. There was no oven, and the lighting was dim, which I liked. There's access to a laundry room and washing machine, though nobody told us about it; we only found out days later. They also didn't tell us there was no laundry room in our apartment. The place itself is spectacular and comfortable, with nearly everything you need, though it could use a few more dishes. The bigger problem was that we rented an apartment for 14 days and paid extra for certain comforts, but were given a smaller one without the furniture shown in the photos, like a sofa bed. They wouldn't take responsibility or resolve it. If Despegar hadn't stepped in, I'd still be waiting. Despegar got us moved to a larger apartment. Check the listing photos against what the property sends on WhatsApp, take pictures, and ask questions. I'm attaching a photo of the two staff members and the breakfast.

We loved staying at Praia Brava and the facilities the Residencial offers. The breakfast at the Hotel was a favorite, and the team is fantastic and attentive, especially Thamires, who's always ready to help and does her job so well. The Residencial is spacious and comfortable, and our pet was very comfortable there too. We loved that it's pet friendly. We'll definitely be back and would recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is lovely and has all the amenities, but I have a cockroach phobia. More than five of them came into the apartment every night. They seemed to be coming from outside, but the problem still couldn't be fixed.
