I visited in February 2016 and had a great stay overall. The pousada has a great pool, and the location in Alto de Búzios is, in my opinion, the best in the area. The only issue I ran into was sewage backing up in the bathroom beside the simple double room on the first floor. Even so, I was very satisfied and hope to come back.

The double room was very comfortable and even had a hammock. We also really enjoyed the pool, the lovely beach views, and the barbecue area, which was perfect for a cookout. Breakfast was complete, with fresh orange juice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Great value for money, and we'll definitely return.

The view is incredible, and the pool with its shower is really nice. The grill is good too. Getting there without a car is difficult because the place is way up high, and all the beaches are about the same distance, at least a 20-minute walk. The service is very good, though, and the view makes the trip worthwhile.

The breakfast and accommodations were great. Shared-room bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning. Aside from that, very good!
