21/1/2023. This place is far from downtown, getting an Uber is difficult, and they don’t deliver here. The facilities were awful. The bunk bed was just roughly nailed together pieces of wood. Breakfast didn’t match the photos and videos posted on social media, the WiFi didn’t work, and there was no cable TV, only Globo and CNT. The logo was taken off my car while it was parked at the inn. The only helpful employee was the cleaner. They never changed our bath towels, there wasn’t even a floor cloth in the bathroom, and none of the staff were friendly. Nobody asked if anything was wrong or if we needed something. A disappointing stay, and I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The rooms all had a lot of mold, and during the six days we stayed, they never changed the sheets or towels. They even took the towel my brother-in-law had brought for the trip and gave it to my daughters as if it belonged to the hotel. He went looking for it and found it in their room. There’s nowhere to spend time together apart from the breakfast area, which was filthy and sticky, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were cigarette butts in a bowl by the pool, the yard was dirty, and the barbecue area was awful. It’s a shame because the place is right across from a lovely beach, but the owners don’t seem to care, perhaps because they lease the property. I didn’t want to post this, but people shouldn’t be misled by the photos.

The staff seemed to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant, and breakfast was generous. Still, I can’t recommend the place. The photos on booking sites are years old, and the inn is now badly neglected. There were no sheets on the bed, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom smelled like cockroaches. The air conditioner sounded like a motor about to give out. It was depressing.

We just arrived and it’s already awful. The sheets were dirty, the pillow stank, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The shower had an exposed wire held in place with tape, and the green paint was peeling off the floor. Terrible place.
