We had trouble with both rooms we were given, since neither matched the room we originally booked through Booking. The first had a connecting door to the room next door, so we could hear the neighbors' baby as if it were in our room. At reception, they initially said there was no other room. When I said we wouldn't stay, they found one, but told us it was only for one night and that we'd move again afterward. In the end, we heard nothing more, so I guess it was okay for us to stay there. This also isn't a romantic, quiet place. They told us at check-in that quiet hours were 22.00 to 09.00, but music was still playing on the TV by the pool at 23.30, and I ended up turning it off myself. Then, at 07.30, someone started cutting branches off a tree on the property right in front of our room.
