We had a very comfortable room with a view of the pier, and the evening light was lovely. This isn't an inn, so there isn't a service, though someone does clean the room. The owner is very sweet and always willing to help!
We had to find another inn the day we arrived after the owners refunded us. The reservation trouble wasn't Airbnb's fault, but the whole thing looked like a scam. Later, we saw other reviews describing the same situation and met a couple who'd gone through it too. The place also looked nothing like the photos, which seemed old, and it was run-down and needed a serious clean and a lot of repairs. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a horrible way to start a vacation. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
This happened to me too. I had everything planned, and now, at the last minute, I'm stuck looking for somewhere else when BZ is already fully booked. They apparently refund the money and cancel the reservation, as the history below shows. Antônia was the one who called me back. The place hasn't been closed since the pandemic.
The breakfast was delicious, and the prayer room was lovely. I stayed in December 2019 and really liked the peaceful neighborhood and the beautiful inn. We'll come back!
