Getting to the center is easy, but my stay itself was awful. The rooms were small, the mattress sagged to the shape of your body, and there was a mold and sewage smell. Sheets were far too thin. The air conditioners were broken or didn’t work, and the shower was broken. During our three nights, towels weren’t changed; there was no face towel, soap, shampoo, or anything like that. There were only two employees covering the rooms, kitchen, and other duties, so the service couldn’t be good. Breakfast was terrible: they served spoiled fruit, flavorless juice, and the only proteins I saw were eggs and sausage. Items took ages to be replenished, so people who arrived early got to eat. The owner kept the plates locked in a cupboard until she released them, which created an unnecessary line in a tiny space.

The rooms were okay, and if all you need is a place to sleep, it might do. But there weren’t any blankets, and I would’ve been cold if I hadn’t brought one. Breakfast was awful: bread reheated in the microwave, greasy fried banana, no ham or cheese, and cheese bread that was still raw inside. We didn’t like it.

The reception was closed from 8 p.m., and the team seemed to consist of just three people. The air conditioner barely worked. My room wasn’t clean, and the towels and sheets were old and looked dirty. The pool was dirty too. Breakfast had very few choices, and what they served wasn’t good. The watermelon was overripe, the eggs tasted bad, and the juice was watery. Sadly, this was the worst inn I’ve ever stayed at. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

The owner made us feel at ease and was always available if we needed anything. When we arrived, she asked what we liked for breakfast. By the time we got up and went to the breakfast area, it was already prepared. It has a family feel and a great location.
