Pousada Gaivota

The location is wonderful, and Lorena and Sr. Dario gave great service. The other staff, as well as Sr. Dario’s wife, couldn’t even say good morning to guests. Breakfast was very basic, the bed linens were all stained, and they forgot to clean our room, so I had to wash the bathroom myself. The room comfort and cleaning need work, and the bathroom tiles were all black.

The location is good, very close to the center, and I especially liked the person in charge of breakfast, who was really attentive. The rooms are decent, though the mattresses could be better and the air conditioner is noisy. Those issues were manageable. I’d recommend it if you want an affordable, safe place to sleep while exploring the area. Me

The team was great, always helpful, and gave us tips on tours and the best beaches for visitors. Everything was clean and well organized, and breakfast was excellent. I felt at home and loved the pousada. I’ll definitely come back!

I spent 12 days there and was treated with such warmth and comfort. Dona Rosa and her daughter Adriana welcomed me so nicely. Everything was spotless and organized, breakfast was great, and the pool was a delight. The location is also great for getting to the center. I’m grateful for the care.
