We spent three nights there in the last week of October 2025, three adults, and felt more comfortable than at home. The apartment at Le Bon Vivant Condominium is very spacious and has a partial ocean view. The decor is lovely, and everything was spotless and tidy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more, including a water purifier, grill, beach chairs and umbrella, shopping cart, washing machine, and clothesline. Praia Grande is about a five-minute walk away, then another five minutes to reach the water since the beach is so long. Praia dos Anjos is roughly a 25-minute walk or five minutes by car or Uber. The condominium also has a pool, playground, and more. Antonio was a 10/10 host, always attentive on WhatsApp through the number in the description and full of helpful information, even though we didn’t meet in person. We were so glad to stay there.

Antonio was very kind and paid attention to what we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all sorts of appliances. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The sea view and the condominium pool were incredible. I stayed at the apartment in January this year with a couple of friends and our kids, and we were all really comfortable. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the shower was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the place and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment has spacious bedrooms, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a really great barbecue. There are covered parking spaces and the condominium felt very secure during our weeklong stay. The huge pools are good for kids, and there’s a game room to enjoy before going for a swim. Dunes, the beach, and a market are all nearby. A unique experience, and I highly recommend it for friends or family. The city has plenty to offer, including nightlife worth checking out, and boat trips and outings around town at prices that fit your budget.

This was my second visit with my family, and I’ll always stay here when I go to Arraial. I wouldn’t risk trying somewhere else. The facilities, comfort, and cleanliness were all perfect, and the condominium and location were great. The standout is Sr. Antonio, an exceptional person who’s so attentive and generous.
