Casa da Lagoa

Being right by the lagoon was a real plus for families. The kids could relax and play there. The living room was fine, though every TV required a paid Sky subscription, so we went three days without watching anything. With children, we missed having it. The indoor suite was okay, and the kitchen fridge cooled well, though its latch was needed because the door wouldn't stay shut by itself. Some maintenance is needed. In the adapted outside suite, the bathroom windows open into the other suite, so you can hear each other. The toilet area is separated by glass, which means someone in the bedroom can see in. The shower also leaked under the partition and flooded the room every time we used it, since the floor doesn't slope toward the drain. The shared bedroom's air conditioner didn't work. The triple bunk seemed improvised and unstable, so climbing onto it didn't feel safe. The children were very hot, and mosquitoes meant we couldn't leave the door open. We ended up taking the living room fan into the bedroom.
