Edit. 07/12/25: We returned for the quad bike tour and I take back what I said before. The guide wasn’t the same this time. On our first visit, the guide was extremely helpful, offered tips, and helped with all the photos. This time our group was half the size, but it felt like we were imposing. Casarão was great as always, but after this second tour, we’ve given up on hoping for the same experience we used to recommend to all our friends. We were planning to return in the third week of December with more family, but after the last tour on 06/12, it doesn’t seem worth it. The first tour had been sensational. All ten of us were impressed by the experience, the guide, and the places we visited. I hadn’t expected it to be so good.

Dona Zu, who takes care of breakfast and cleaning, was a lovely person and did a great job. The sheets, blankets, and towels were very clean. The inn is well located, close to Pontal da Atalaia and good shopping, and there’s a place to park, though cars are lined up like in a residential garage. We rented two suites separated by a corridor, but there was only one air conditioner remote for both rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. The TV in one room didn’t work. The reception was unattended most of the time. Dona Zu, who I think is only there in the mornings, ended up handling our checkout. The breakfast area also didn’t have enough tables and chairs for all the guests.

The house was really good, and the accommodation was perfect. Made the trip worthwhile!

The place is simple, but the price is well worth it. It’s very close to Praia Grande, and every staff member we met was polite. Our stay was really good and I’d come back. The rooms all have air conditioning and a TV, and everything was very clean. Wi-Fi is available, though the signal gets very weak in some spots.

We hardly needed the car since the restaurants, bars, and beaches were all nearby, even though our parking spot was blocked in. The inn is in a great location, and our room, bedding, and towels were clean. The balcony had a hammock and good airflow. Zulene prepared a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend it.
