Our room wasn't ready at check-in, and we were asked to come back later. The bed was comfortable, though the bathroom had a slightly odd smell. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of cold cuts, bread, fruit, and coffee. The kitchen lady was especially thoughtful and kind, though sadly we didn't get her name. Some of the front desk staff were less friendly. The hotel has a modern feel, a large room with a partial ocean view, and a great spot by the beach, bars, and restaurants. There's some parking on the property. There were no signs saying it was a hotel, but the online location was accurate. For the options in Arraial do Cabo, it's relatively good, and I'd recommend checking it out for a night or two.

The staff were warm and helpful, and they even let me check in a little early. I arrived ahead of time and they helped me with parking, too. There are 6 spaces for 8 apartments, so parking could be an issue, but I had no trouble. The hotel was clean, well located, and had a good breakfast. Water and soda were inexpensive. I'd recommend it.

We paid a fair price for a lovely room with an even better sea view, just meters from the beach. The design is great for the price, and it has the hotel beds and amenities I miss when staying in the small beach towns I love. B&Bs are almost the only accommodation option there, which isn't ideal for me. My one complaint was the very frugal breakfast. It's a boutique hotel in the heart of Arraial do Cabo.

The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from Praia do Anjos, where all the boat tours leave from. Breakfast was good, and parking was free even after checkout. For about USD 110 for Sunday to Monday in January, it was a very nice deal. Our room was extra spacious, the A/C was quiet, and the shower was large with comfortably warm water.
